How we think about agentic work

We were promised autonomous coding agents would do all our work for us. Yet we are busier than ever, reading endless chat sessions, and agents are generating more output (code, text, …) than anyone could ever read. This is not the agentic era we were promised.

We think there is a better way. Start with intent. What should happen and why? What is your mission? Your goals and constraints? Encode those into your software factory. Our primitives should allow us to compose our system without us losing our attention to slop. We can all be more truly productive in a provable way.
